Positive, compassionate, encouraging

Climbing has been such an amazing space for growth, acceptance, and community for me. I want to do everything I can to extend that space to others. My favorite moments in climbing are the times when you get into the flow and you can feel 100% of your focus on movement and the rock. Or just beautiful crag days with friends and cheering people on as they send their projects!

Fun fact: I forgot boxed mac and cheese existed for several years and am just rediscovering the joys of it now.
